Manual Plastic ABS Shell Plastic Bag Sealer Impulse Sealer High Quality Food Sealer Bag Packing Machine Users Manual:
- Simply connect the power cord to the outlet and adjust the heating time based on the seal thickness of the material.
- Place the plastic bag on top, then press the handle, the LED indicator lights up and the machine will control the heating time itself.
- When the LED is off, the power is automatically disconnected. After 1-2 seconds, the handle is removed and the seal is completed.
- The Led indicator lights up when the machine is sealed, and it does not illuminate if you just connect it to the outlet.
- If damage occurs during sealing, it is because the heating time is too long, then shorten the heating time by turning the timer knob counterclockwise.
- If an unsafe seal occurs, it is because the heating time is too short, then extend the heating time by turning the timer knob clockwise
- If the plastic bag is sticky to the machine, it is because the cooling time is not long enough. Please extend the cooling time after the LED is turned off and keep it for a long time to release the handle.
- If the heating time is adjusted, do not make any changes during sealing or continuous sealing.
- You can connect the power cord to the outlet at any time, as it will not consume any power if it is not sealed.
