Set timer for bag thickness, hold handle down until light comes on, let cool and release, forms a tight, secure seal on polyethylene and polypropylene up to a thickness of 6 mil with no warm-up neccessary. Electricity is used only when sealing bar is pressed down by hand.

The timer light goes off when the seal is done. It is recommended that the operator hold the seal bar done for a few seconds after the light goes out to ensure time for the seal to cool and set.
